Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards inspires fans as she bravely shares picture of surgery scar

Perrie Edwards has earned herself heaps of praise for posting an image of her surgery scar on Instagram.

The singer has spoken about the scar before, which she previously called her ‘body hang up’. But now she has enough confidence to wear the scar with pride, which has earned a lot of love from her fans.

Perrie received the scar a child following surgery for her oesophagus as it was too small. She underwent several operations to help her eat, but has since kept the scar hidden as it reminded her of what she went though.

Fans commented on her bravery, and said the image made them feel comfortable about their own scars.

Also, after this fact a lot of fans posted photos of her own scars like her idol.

I think that is a great thing, because she shows that she can get over with her complex, and she also indirectly encourage all her fans to show her insecurities.
