Ingredients:
- Cheese
- 100G butter
- 140G ham
- 3 eggs
- 150 G flour
- 0,5 L milk
Procedure:
- Melt the butter in a frying pan
- Add the ham and the flour with the butter, and mix up.
- Add the milk while you mix up the mix until you get the mass.
- Boil the 3 eggs and then peel it
- Add the cheese and the egg pieces at the mass
- Put the mass in a tray and then put it in the fridge during 30 minutes.
- After the 0 minutes, take a piece of the mass and then shape it.
- Coat in batter the pieces of mass and then pass this pieces in bread crumbs
- Repeat this process with all the mass
- Finally fry the croquettes
