My croquettes

Ingredients:
      

  • Cheese
  • 100G butter
  • 140G ham
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 G flour
  • 0,5 L milk


Procedure:

  • Melt the butter in a frying pan
  • Add the ham and the flour with the butter, and mix up.
  • Add the milk while you mix up the mix until you get the mass.
  • Boil the 3 eggs and then peel it
  • Add the cheese and the egg pieces at the mass
  • Put the mass in a tray and then put it in the fridge during 30 minutes.
  • After the 0 minutes, take a piece of the mass and then shape it.
  • Coat in batter the pieces of mass and then pass this pieces in bread crumbs
  • Repeat this process with all the mass
  • Finally fry the croquettes
